A member of the Turkish Bar Association, Mustafa comes from a distinguished family of legal professionals — a heritage that has shaped both his rigour and his reputation in every jurisdiction where he practises.

Mustafa's practice encompasses cross-border transaction structuring, joint venture governance, commercial dispute resolution, and the regulatory compliance frameworks that underpin Maingate's advisory work across multiple legal systems. His bilingual and bicultural fluency — across Turkish, European, and Gulf commercial law environments — makes him an invaluable resource for clients navigating the legal complexities of international market entry. Jonathan De Rin serves as Chief Financial Officer of Maingate Corporation, overseeing the firm's financial governance, investment advisory practice, and the structuring of the cross-border transactions and public-private partnerships that define our most complex client engagements. Hind Kariri serves as Executive Assistant in Saudi Arabia, providing strategic operational and executive support to Maingate Corporation's leadership across its Riyadh-based operations. In a market where precision, timing, and protocol are as important as any strategic decision, Hind's role is pivotal — coordinating the ministerial engagements, executive meetings, delegation management, and operational logistics that keep the firm's most sensitive client work running with absolute professionalism.

Walid Abdelaty leads Maingate Corporation's North Africa operations from our Cairo office, overseeing advisory and business development activities across Egypt, Libya, Sudan, and the wider North African corridor. His mandate bridges the firm's core Saudi Arabia and MENA advisory practice with the distinct commercial opportunities and regulatory environments that characterise North Africa's rapidly evolving economies.

Born in Egypt and an Egyptian citizen based in Cairo, Walid brings regional expertise, strong institutional relationships, and a nuanced understanding of the cultural and commercial dynamics that govern business across North Africa. He serves as the primary point of contact for clients and partners with interests across the region, and plays a key role in extending Maingate's reach into the African continent's broader commercial ecosystem.

Cecil Bain leads Maingate Corporation's business development across Canada and Europe, identifying, cultivating, and onboarding the Western hemisphere's most capable enterprises seeking access to Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA market. Operating from the firm's Canadian headquarters, Cecil serves as the primary interface between Maingate's in-Kingdom advisory capabilities and the European and North American clients who represent a critical and growing portion of our advisory mandate.

His work encompasses client origination, proposal development, partnership structuring, and the representation of Maingate Corporation at key trade events, industry forums, and government trade missions across Canada and Europe. Cecil ensures that the firm's extraordinary in-market capabilities are consistently and compellingly communicated to the international clients most likely to benefit from them.

Mustafa Kocabey serves as Managing Director of Maingate Corporation, leading the firm's Turkey–Saudi corridor. He brings more than 24 years of leadership across finance, procurement, and administrative management — spanning Istanbul's largest municipal institutions and Türkiye's private sector — with an audit-grade record of clean tender outcomes in high-scrutiny environments.

Ali İhsan Gündoğdu is Director of Government Relations and Strategic Partnerships at Maingate Corporation. A licensed senior civil engineer with 25+ years across the highest levels of Turkish government, the state-linked financial sector, and multi-sector private-sector leadership, he brings a rare combination of policy-shaping experience and boardroom discipline.

As a former Strategic Advisor in the Prime Ministry's SATEG unit (1996–1998), Ali İhsan contributed to landmark national programmes including the founding of the D-8 Developing Countries Cooperation Organization, Turkish Airlines' 54-aircraft procurement, and Türkiye's domestic metro wagon and firefighting aircraft projects — experience he now channels into opening Saudi market pathways for Maingate's clients.

Emir Solapgir is Director of International Operations and Market Expansion at Maingate Corporation. A Diplom-Kaufmann graduate of FHW Berlin with a focus on finance and international marketing, he has built his career scaling European industrial brands into demanding emerging markets — carrying P&L responsibility up to €80M across Daimler AG, MAN Truck & Bus, IVECO Group, and ElringKlinger in Germany, Italy, and South Africa.
